Purpose: Fire Wardens are the buffer between company staff and management whose purpose is to prepare plans to cope with emergencies. The role of a Fire Warden will vary due to factors such as the type of industry, the scale of the premises, the number of staff employed and hazards specific to a particular industry.

Fire Extinguisher Use
Students will be given a practical demonstration of the use of fire extinguishers appropriate to their own workplace and participants will spend time using the extinguishers until they become competent
